When: AFOS Meeting will begin the afternoon of Monday, October 21st and run through the day on Tuesday, October 22nd followed by the AAO Meeting October 23-27, 2019.

We will be hosting our meeting at the Rosen Plaza and have secured a government-rate room block for our attendees.The hotel is very conveniently connected to the Convention Center.

You should also receive an email confirmation and at the bottom of the page there will be the same links. Make sure to choose the "AFOS Housing" link.
Please DO NOT click on the link at the end of your registration that says "Book Housing Now" OR reserve housing through the AAO website or you will not be in the AFOS room block of government-rated rooms. We are not at the DoubleTree Sea World!
