We greatly appreciate your continued support! You will receive an email with your dues invoice or you can find it by signing into the AFOS website.
Dues can be paid on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis. Reach out to Dr. Wright if you would like to update your payment schedule.
Contributions to AFOS and AOA are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. However, they may be tax-deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities.
One hundred percent of your AFOS dues qualifies and the AOA estimates that the non-deductible portion of your AOA 2024 dues, the portion that is allocable to lobbying and political activities, is 9%.
** For 2023, the non-deductible portion of the AOA dues was 9%.
Also, don't forget to register and pay for the AFOS SECO 2024 Meeting before the end of the year to secure your deduction for 2023, as well as to lock-in the Early Bird Registration Rate.
