March 3rd (Tuesday) – Arrivals & Registration @ The Ritz-Carlton Downtown

    1600 - 1900  Registration & Packet Pick-up


March 4th (Wednesday) AFOS/SECO Program over 12 hours 

(8 hours CE including Service Chief Sessions + 3.5 hours Joint Services Forums)

   0700 - 0730  Registration

   0700 - 0730  Welcome – Breakfast

   0730 - 1130  4 hours of COPE CE (includes mid morning break)

   1130 - 1300  Joint Services Forum & Awards Luncheon

   1300 - 1500  2 hours of COPE CE 

   1500 - 1550  Technology Symposium & Break

   1600 - 1740  Service break-out sessions by Section Chiefs - 2 hours COPE CE

   1745 - 1945  Joint Services Forum & Reception

March 5 – 8:  SECO CE up to 43 hours (Thursday – Sunday)

   SECO’s FSO program continues at the Georgia World Congress Center

(12 hours/day March 5th, 6th, & 7th + 7 hours on March 8th)

Summary - Total all-inclusive Program: Up to 51 hours CE

*AFOS/AOA dues must be paid in full for 2015 by 1/31/15, or paid in full for the 1st Qtr. of 2015 with quarterly recurring automatic credit card payments (or credit card on file with the AFOS executive directors) by 1/31/15 or registration will be cancelled.

Important Note: After you register and complete payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your SECO course selections.  You must select your courses for March 5 – 8, and any workshops you want to attend (workshops will have an additional fee).

After you complete registration you will be provided a link to register in the AFOS block at the government rate. 


CANCELLATION POLICY:


All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by February 4, 2015. 


For continuing education attendees, a refund of the registration fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by this date. 


No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 4, 2015.  


Submit all requests via email to execdir@afos2020.org.  We regret that refunds will not be given for no shows.
